Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or making a request to the JobsPipe API, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any entity you represent.
2. The service
JobsPipe provides programmatic access to publicly available job postings, normalized into a documented JSON schema. Plans, quotas, and rate limits are described at /#pricing and in your dashboard.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use JobsPipe to: (a) violate any law or third-party right; (b) re-publish raw responses in a way that competes with the JobsPipe API itself; (c) attempt to circumvent rate limits or authentication; (d) use the data to discriminate against candidates in violation of applicable employment law.
4. Accounts and API keys
You are responsible for the security of your API keys and for all activity under your account. Rotate keys promptly if you suspect compromise.
5. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Usage above your plan quota is billed at the overage rate listed on the pricing page. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Data and ownership
JobsPipe does not claim ownership of public job-posting data. We do retain rights to our normalized schema, enrichment, and dedup logic. See our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.
7. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided “as is.” We make no warranties about completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Source coverage can change.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobsPipe’s aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product at least 14 days before they take effect.
